Rules

1. 01 Official store only. Purchases are only valid through our official store. We never sell ranks or items via DM, Discord or third parties.
2. 02 Digital goods. All products are virtual items with no real-world value and remain the property of Querek.net.
3. 03 Delivery. Purchases are delivered automatically to the in-game name entered at checkout. Some items require you to be online - delivery may take a few minutes.
4. 04 Correct nickname. Double-check your nickname. Items delivered to a wrong nickname due to a typo are not eligible for a refund.
5. 05 Refunds. All purchases are final once delivered, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
6. 06 Chargebacks. Opening a chargeback or payment dispute results in a permanent ban from the whole network.
7. 07 Rules still apply. Purchased ranks and items do not exempt you from the rules. Punished players do not receive refunds.
8. 08 Changes. Products, prices and perks may change over time, e.g. after updates or season resets.
9. 09 Minors. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian before making a purchase.
10. 10 Support. Having issues with a purchase? Open a ticket with your Tebex transaction ID (tbx-...) within 14 days.
