Account & Login How do I create a website account?

Click Register at the top of the page and use your Minecraft name as the username. Your email is only used to log in and is never shown to other players.

Account & Login Can I change my nickname?

Your in-game name changes automatically when you change it at Mojang. Your stats and coins stay with your account (UUID).

Purchases & Store My purchase did not arrive.

Check that you typed your nickname correctly at checkout and that you are online. Most purchases arrive within a few minutes. If not, open a ticket with your Tebex transaction ID (tbx-...).

Purchases & Store Can I get a refund?

All purchases are final once delivered, except where a refund is required by law. Opening a chargeback leads to a permanent ban from the whole network.

Purchases & Store Do ranks give an advantage in games?

No. Ranks and cosmetics are for style and convenience only - Querek.net is never pay-to-win.

Reporting Players How do I report a cheater?

Use /report <player> in game and choose the reason. If you have a video, send it in a Discord ticket - it helps staff a lot.

Reporting Players Someone scammed me in a trade.

Open a ticket on Discord with screenshots of the trade and the chat. Never trade outside of the server - real-money trading is forbidden.

Punishments & Appeals I think my ban is a mistake.

Open an appeal ticket on Discord. Include your in-game name, the ban ID shown when you join, and why you think it was wrong. Be honest - appeals with lies are denied.

Punishments & Appeals How long does a mute last?

The duration is shown when you are muted. Repeated offences get longer punishments. Evading a punishment with another account leads to a permanent ban.

Connection & Bugs I cannot connect to the server.

Make sure you use Minecraft Java Edition 1.8.8 - 1.20.6 and the IP play.querek.net. Restart your game and router, and check the server status on the home page.

General Are coins shared between games?

Yes - coins are global for the whole network. Earn them in one game and spend them in any other.
