These terms apply to the Querek.net website, forum and Minecraft server. By using them you agree to these terms, our Rules and our Privacy Policy.
1. The service
Querek.net is a free Minecraft network with a website and forum. We may change, pause or end any part of the service at any time, for example for updates or maintenance.
2. Your account
You must use your own Minecraft name when registering and keep your password secret. You are responsible for everything that happens on your account. One person may have one website account. We may refuse registration or rename accounts that impersonate others or use offensive names.
3. Rules
Our Discord Rules and Server Rules apply on the website and forum as well. Staff may warn, mute or ban players and remove content that breaks the rules or harms the community.
4. Your content
You keep the rights to what you post. By posting on the forum you allow us to display, store and moderate it on our services. Do not post content you do not have the right to share, personal data of others, or anything illegal.
5. Store and purchases
Purchases are handled by Tebex and are covered by our Store Terms. Virtual items have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for money.
6. Not affiliated with Mojang
Querek.net is not an official Minecraft product and is not approved by or associated with Mojang Studios or Microsoft. Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang Synergies AB.
7. Liability
The service is provided "as is". We do our best to keep it online and fair, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of bugs. To the extent allowed by law we are not liable for lost progress, items or data. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under the law.
8. Ending your account
You can delete your website account at any time on the My account page. We may suspend or delete accounts that break these terms or the rules.
9. Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. Questions? Write to contact@querek.net or open a ticket on our Discord.
